Firestar Facilities
Larger rocket test facilities available:
Firestar Engineering Rocket test site is in proximity to available larger facilities,
Protoflight “West”, and “East”

Firestar Engineering, LLC has a secure, remote test environment for
NOFBX™ COLT 100lbf manufacturing and test.

- Currently work with small munition levels (grenade(s) level) of non-toxic, environmentally friendly monopropellants (for ~<100 lbf thrusters). Propellants and combusted exhaust products are similar to car exhaust gas products and can be freely vented into air.
- Developed 40 foot drop test tower and slow/fast cook-off pits for testing NOFBX™ monopropellant + storage container handling to MIL-STD2105C standards.
- Rocket engine test stand mechanical hardware (rated up to 10,000 lbf), high speed data acquisition systems, tanks, fire suppression, instrumentation, and control rooms
- Recently acquired large Hyperbaric/Vacuum chamber
- Eventually would like to install MIL-STD underground bunker (~20’ x 20’) facility in which we can temporarily store monopropellants.
